Tumblr password can be changed or reset using two different methods;

• Forgot password.
• Change password in Tumblr Account settings.

Forgot Password

You need to know the email address that was registered with Tumblr and have access to the inbox associated with that email address in order to reset your Tumblr password using the lost password option.

• Open your preferred browser and go to the Tumblr login page.
• Now, under the input form, type in your email address, and then click the Next button.
• On the next screen, look for the link labelled “Forgot your password?” and click on it.
• On the page where you may reset your password, you will need to re-enter your email address and then click the “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA button.

• Click the “Reset password” button once you see the checkbox on the reCAPTCHA that says it’s been completed successfully.
• Now, go through your email inbox for a message from Tumblr including the ability to reset your password.

• Simply clicking on the Reset Password button should take you to the page where you can reset your password.

• In the last step, you will need to fill in the input boxes with your Email, New password, and Confirm new password before clicking the Set new password button. This will allow you to reset your password and log in to your Tumblr account.
