Tarkov’s Customs area serves as a sort of industrial zone for the city, and it is conveniently positioned near the Factory. Among the infrastructure facilities are a freight rail terminal (where Skier used to work, which is a bizarre piece of Tarkov’s mythology right here), factories, dorm buildings, offices, and storage rooms. There are also some other, incomplete structures. A medium-sized map with 6-12 players and up to about 20 Scav Bot spawns (in waves) and semi-open terrain implies that most of the firefights will take place at medium ranges, although there are some spots, like as the Dorms, where QCB should be expected. Furthermore, some sites (such as a building site) give excellent sniper vantage positions, but they are typically exposed and do not provide much protection.
When compared to the other maps available in Escape from Tarkov, Customs is considered to be the most “beginner-friendly.” There are a number causes for this, including the following:

From abandoned dormitories to numerous warehouses and industrial facilities, as well as construction sites, there is a great deal to discover on Tarkov’s Customs. Listed here are some of the most interesting areas to visit (possible loot included).
Note1: By left-clicking on the map, you will be sent to the full-sized version of the map in a separate window.
Observation 2: We intend to develop and improve this area of the book in the future, making it much more comprehensive (some points of interest that are bulked together might be separated, other will be added, etc.)
A fight can be found at one of the two Customs’ Dorm Buildings, which is one of the sites on this map where you should go if you are looking for one (because of the fact that the building features some quest locations and the best loot available on the map – these things ensure that there are always players in the area). There will be a lot of close-quarters combat, as well as some mid-range fights along the hallways and occasionally across both dorm buildings, because of how the building is laid up. When exploring this section, you will need a variety of Dorm Room Keys to be able to completely navigate the space. Reshala Boss and his bodyguards can spawn in the 3-story dorm building, which is one of the locations where they can be found. This is also the location of the Marked Room, which is a bonus (the third floor, room 314).
The Customs‘ Dorm Building is the shorter of the two Customs’ Dorm Buildings, and it is one of the areas on this map where you should head if you are searching for a close-range PvP fight (because of the fact that the building features some quest locations and the best loot available on the map – these things ensure that there are always players in the area). There will be a great deal of close-quarters warfare as well as some mid-range confrontations along the corridors of the structure because of its design features (and across the two buildings). When exploring this section, you will need a variety of Dorm Room Keys to be able to completely navigate the space. Reshala Boss and his bodyguards can spawn in the 2-story dorm building, which is one of the locations where they can be found.
If you wish to participate in a gunfight, you should go to the “new” Gas Station, which is located on the Customs side of the border. This is due to the fact that some of the best stuff on the map spawns in this location (including keys, meds, cash, and weapons). This location also serves as a spawn point for the Reshala Boss (players will frequently visit the petrol station in order to check for the boss’s spawn).
Tarkov’s Customs is located in the centre of an industrial region. The incomplete building in the centre is where the name originates from. It is possible to get a decent view from the “construction,” but because it is quite exposed, travelling to the top of it is not recommended (unless you don’t mind losing your head); if you want to have a peak, don’t leave the stairs and strafe up and down the entire structure. This area does not provide a great deal of loot, but it is one of the greatest locations for Scavenger-killing missions because Scavengers are usually always present in this area.
